Lock in your dates in store or by phone. For weekends between May and September, we recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks ahead; for peak-season weddings, two to three months is wiser. 3. Collect the equipment on the agreed day at the Boé store, with a demonstration and a wiring sheet handed over.

Rental service opening hours

The rental service is open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 7 pm, exclusively at the Audio Light & Music store in Boé. No pickup on Saturdays or Sundays: if your event takes place on a Saturday evening, you collect your equipment on Friday and return it on Monday. This is built into the standard rental duration at no extra cost.

Pickup is only available at our Boé store, five minutes from Agen city centre. The Villeneuve-sur-Lot store does not handle rentals.
